Installation & Commissioning\nInstall and commission automated bakery production lines.\nPerform system integration with PLC systems, HMI/SCADA interfaces, Sensors and instrumentation.\nConduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).\n2. Advanced Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve complex faults in:\na) Electrical systems (motors, drives, panels)\nb) Instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow sensors)\nc) Control systems (PLC, PID loops, HMI interfaces)\nTroubleshoot oven-specific issues such as:\na) Temperature uniformity deviations\nb) Burner or heating element performance\nc) Airflow/fan control issues\nAnalyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance\nExecute structured maintenance programs for, Ovens (burners, thermocouples, controllers) and Electrical panels and control systems.\nMonitor system performance trends (temperature stability, energy usage).\nRecommend predictive maintenance improvements to reduce failures.\n4. Technical Support & Optimization\nProvide on-site and remote support for production issues\nOptimize process parameters:\na) Baking profiles\nb) Heat distribution\nc) Conveyor speeds\nSupport customers in improving product consistency and throughput.\n5. Documentation & Reporting\nGenerate detailed service and troubleshooting reports.\nMaintain system documentation, electrical drawings, and PLC backups.\nRecord calibration and maintenance data for critical instruments.\n6. Training & Knowledge Transfer\nTrain customer personnel on:\na) Operation of automated lines\nb) Basic electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting\nc) Provide guidance on best practices for equipment usage and maintenance\n7.
