Tasks\nTechnical Service & Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues on Separators, Decanters, and Homogenizers.\nPerform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown support.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and performance optimization.\nPerform vibration analysis, alignment checks, bearing replacement, seal replacement, and other mechanical service activities.\nTroubleshoot PLC, HMI, instrumentation, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and control systems.\nEnsure equipment operates according to OEM specifications and customer requirements.\nCustomer Support\nProvide technical consultation and training to customers' maintenance and operational teams.\nPrepare service reports detailing performed work, findings, recommendations, and spare parts requirements.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.\nRespond promptly to customer service calls and emergency breakdown requests.\nPlanning & Documentation\nPlan and execute field service activities efficiently and safely.\nIdentify spare parts requirements and support quotations for service activities.\nMaintain accurate service records and documentation.\nEnsure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nAdhere to company HSE policies and site safety regulations.\nConduct risk assessments before performing service work.\nEnsure safe execution of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting activities.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering or related technical disciplines\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of field service experience in industrial equipment, preferably: Separators Decanters Homogenizers Pumps Compressors Process equipment within Food, Dairy, Beverage, Palm Oil, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills involving rotating equipment.\nKnowledge of bearings, seals, lubrication systems, motors, gearboxes, and drive systems.\nExperience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, field instrumentation, and industrial automation systems.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and automation diagrams.\nFamiliarity with vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance techniques.\nExperience in commissioning and start-up activities is highly preferred.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer-oriented with excellent communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage field service assignments.\nWillingness to travel extensively across Sumatra
