Adjust staffing levels as needed to meet operational demands.\nProblem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve operational issues, such as equipment failures, workflow disruptions, or staffing shortages, to minimize impact on productivity.\nOther Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall success of the operation including Reach Truck or other equipment operation on an as needed basis.\nYour Profile / Qualifications\nStrong understanding of operational processes and best practices.\nExcellent leadership and team management skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to lift and move materials as required manually or byway of reach trucks or similar equipment.\nFlexibility in schedule; ability to work overtime and provide coverage on 2nd Shift based off business needs.\nThe typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $93,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
