Enjoy comprehensive employee benefits and a culture that fosters growth and innovation.\nJob Description\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nProvide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of GE products\nProvide on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction\nProvide Project Engineering, Program Management and Field Service management with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problems, failures, trends, and climate\nProvide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reports\nBe responsible for reports, including obtaining, interpreting, and communicating significant market intelligence and sales opportunities for both assigned programs and support\nAssist customers in scheduling maintenance and workload\nAssist in ensuring parts meet established schedules\nMake recommendations on findings\nReview effectiveness of maintenance actions in order to identify training needs\nAnticipate requirements beyond those that immediately affect the program and assist in implementing actions to satisfy those requirements\nPerform intermediate and depot level maintenance\nHands on repair and maintenance of the R391 Composite Propeller System and related components\nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nAssociate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.\nThis position requires up to 60% travel to global destinations\nAble to lift minimum of 65 lbs.\nDesired Qualifications & Experience:\n2+ years performing extensive repairs and conversions as well as maintenance and repair work to aircraft engine and/or propeller systems\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Aviation experience in a Field Service or Maintenance position)\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills\nProven analytical and continuous improvement mindset\nAbility to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment\nAbility to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally\nGE Aerospace offers comprehensive benefits and programs to support your health and, along with programs like HealthAhead, your physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing.
