As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.\nDesirable characteristics\nAbility to flex on duties, hours, and overtime to support team's goals. \nWillingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nDemonstrated ability to participate in a team environment. \nAbility to read, understand, and utilize procedures, sketches, and blueprints as well as perform basic mathematical calculations. \nWorking knowledge of precision measuring equipment. \nPrevious assembly and machine operator experience \nCommunicate effectively and professionally with others within the team. \nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
