The role will work closely with Operations, Product Management, Technology, QA and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional requirements, and support the development and enhancement of healthcare software products.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Gather and analyze business requirements from Operations, Clients and other stakeholders.\n\n- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops and walkthroughs.\n\n- Prepare BRD, PRD, SRS, User Stories and Functional Specifications.\n\n- Work closely with Product Managers to define product features, enhancements and business solutions.\n\n- Act as a bridge between Healthcare Operations and Technology/Development teams.\n\n- Understand operational workflows and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.\n\n- Perform impact analysis for new requirements and process changes.\n\n- Create process flows, use cases, workflows, mock-ups and functional documentation.\n\n- Clarify requirements and provide functional support to Development teams during implementation.\n\n- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and requirement discussions.\n\n- Support UAT, prepare/validate test scenarios and ensure delivered functionality meets business requirements.\n\n- Coordinate with QA, Development, Operations, Product and Leadership teams.\n\n- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.\n\nRequired Skills & Domain Knowledge : \n\n- Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).\n\n- Hands-on knowledge of Provider Healthcare / Medical Billing;
