As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our hiring process and often the first point of contact for prospective team members, ensuring every interaction reflects Gecko's commitment to excellence. Beyond executing interview logistics, you'll help identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations as we continue to scale.\nThis role is based full-time at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, where you'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Business Partners, and interviewers.\nWhat You Will Do\nServe as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process, acting with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.\n\nProvide an exceptional and welcoming recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers.\n\nCollaborate with recruiters to proactively identify process improvements, and surface any trends or important data points.\n\nUtilize clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners.\n\nSchedule and facilitate a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews, for multiple candidates and calendars to meet tight deadlines and all team SLAs.\n\nBuild positive relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, acting as a partner to provide any information required for interviews or to adjust schedules as needed.\n\nTake on special projects as needed related to recruiting and recruiting operations, etc.\n\nTravel up to 25% domestically as needed to support recruiting initiatives, onsite interviews, hiring events, and other business needs.\n\nAbout You\nRequired Skills\n2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role supporting high-volume hiring.\n\nDemonstrated experience coordinating high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience managing complex calendars involving recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and candidates.\n\nExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage interview scheduling, candidate records, and recruiting workflows.\n\nExperience scheduling and coordinating interviews using Zoom or a comparable virtual meeting platform.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.\n\nProven ability to prioritize effectively, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while operating with a high sense of urgency.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts, exercise sound judgment, and proactively resolve issues.\n\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\n\nStrong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% to support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and other business needs.\n\nAbility to work full-time onsite at Gecko's headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting recruiting within a high-growth startup or scaling technology company.\n\nExperience supporting technical recruiting teams hiring software, robotics, hardware, engineering, or product talent.\n\nExperience using Ashby as an Applicant Tracking System.\n\nExperience identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting operations, interview scheduling workflows, or candidate experience.\n\nExperience supporting recruiting metrics, reporting, or operational dashboards.\n\nWho We Are\nAt Gecko, our people are our greatest investment.
