GEDU's international education brands.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Umbraco CMS, .NET technologies, front-end development, and third-party integrations, with the ability to collaborate closely with digital marketing, analytics, and business teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nUmbraco CMS Development: Develop, customise, maintain, and enhance websites using Umbraco CMS, including document types, templates, content structures, custom properties, and back-office extensions.\nWebsite Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET, MVC, Razor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks where required.\nWebsite Performance: Optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals, responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, and overall user experience across devices.\nDigital Marketing Support: Develop and maintain landing pages, forms, campaign pages, and conversion-focused website components to support student recruitment and marketing campaigns.\nThird-Party Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, APIs, lead-generation forms, and other business systems.\nTechnical SEO and Tracking: Support implementation of tracking scripts, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, UTM parameter capture, conversion tracking, and relevant SEO requirements.\nTroubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve website issues, production defects, broken functionality, integration failures, and cross-browser or mobile responsiveness issues.\nSecurity and Quality: Follow secure coding practices, conduct code reviews, write maintainable code, and support testing, deployment, and release management.\nCollaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, UI/UX, analytics, CRM, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nDocumentation and Support: Maintain technical documentation, development standards, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in software development, with substantial hands-on experience in Umbraco CMS.\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor, and web application development.\nExperience with Umbraco CMS architecture, content modelling, templates, document types, custom development, and CMS upgrades.\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and front-end debugging.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and third-party systems, preferably CRM and marketing automation platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimisation.\nExperience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\nUnderstanding of website security, technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimisation.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Umbraco 10+ and newer supported versions, including migration and upgrade projects.\nExperience with cloud hosting, preferably Microsoft Azure, and associated monitoring and deployment services.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and digital marketing technologies.\nExperience working on multi-brand, multi-country, or multi-language websites.\nExperience in the education, student recruitment, or digital marketing industry.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):\nWebsite uptime, reliability, and production issue resolution.\nWebsite speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness improvements.\nTimely delivery of website enhancements, landing pages, and technical requirements.\nQuality and stability of code, releases, and third-party integrations.\nReduction in recurring technical defects and website performance issues.\nEffective implementation of analytics, tracking, and lead-generation requirements.\nCompliance with security, SEO, accessibility, and development standards.\n\nSuccess in the Role:\n\nThe successful candidate will help GEDU maintain a
