The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare business requirements into robust, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Exposure to Agentforce implementation is a strong plus.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration.\n\n- Build and maintain OmniStudio artifacts - OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards - to automate care management, enrollment, and service workflows.\n\n- Configure and extend Health Cloud data models (Patient/Member records, Care Plans, Care Programs, Provider data) to support case and utilization management use cases.\n\n- Implement and support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionality, including case management, omni-channel routing, workflow automation, and reporting/dashboards.\n\n- Participate in requirements gathering and technical design sessions; translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Platform Events.\n\n- Write and maintain unit tests, ensure adequate code coverage, and follow secure development and DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD, sandboxes).\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve production defects with timely root-cause analysis.\n\n- Support release management activities including deployments, regression testing, and post-release validation.\n\n- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and configuration runbooks.\n\n- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate emerging capabilities such as Agentforce for potential adoption.\n\n- Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy, security, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 3 - 5 years of overall Salesforce development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including data model configuration and care management use cases.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).\n\n- Solid experience implementing and/or supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce declarative tools.\n\n- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.\n\n- Experience with integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Platform Events.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
