We provide training and resources to help you learn our services and sales process.\nResponsibilities\nHandle inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers.\nAsk focused questions, listen actively, and document customer needs to recommend suitable services and subscription options.\nExplain service scope, pricing, subscription terms, and next steps clearly and accurately, following approved company information.\nBuild rapport, address objections professionally, and guide customers toward an informed purchase decision.\nClose sales and work toward individual and team targets for sales, conversion, and subscription performance.\nManage assigned leads and follow-up activities in the CRM, keeping contact details, notes, outcomes, and next steps accurate and current.\nCoordinate with service and support teams, communicate customer expectations, and escalate questions or issues that require specialist assistance.\nFollow approved sales processes and protect customer information when using company systems.\nParticipate in training and coaching, and share feedback on customer needs, common objections, and lead quality.\nQualifications\nStrong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with U.S. customers.\nCustomer-facing sales experience and the ability to describe how you have contributed to sales goals.\nStrong listening, questioning, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.\nComfort using CRM tools and navigating several systems while maintaining accurate records.\nBasic familiarity with computers and common technology issues, with a willingness to learn our services.\nGood organization, dependable attendance, and the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment.\nPreferred experience\nExperience in phone sales, inside sales, or a contact center serving U.S. customers.\nExperience selling technology services or subscriptions and working with both inbound and outbound leads.\nHow success is measured\nSuccess is measured through sales results, closing ratios, subscription performance, timely lead follow-up, accurate CRM records, and the quality of customer interactions.
