Provide technical leadership by driving architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and ensuring engineering best practices. Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and removing team blockers. Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to manage and prioritize backlogs and ensure successful sprint delivery. Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency. Exposure to AI/ML workloads, MLOps pipelines, Amazon SageMaker, or Amazon Bedrock is preferred.\nBenefits A challenging, innovating environment.
