simulation platform.\nWork within Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.\nStrong proficiency in Python.\nHands-on experience with SimPy or other Discrete Event Simulation frameworks.\nStrong understanding of optimization algorithms and heuristic approaches.\nExperience with Monte Carlo Simulation.\nStrong skills in data analysis, data processing, and visualization.\nExperience developing simulation models and analytical solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences.\nMust Have: Python, SimPy / Discrete Event Simulation, Data Science background, Optimization knowledge\nStrong communication skills\nExperience in Airline Operations, Planning, Scheduling, or Logistics.\nExperience with Monte Carlo Simulation.\nAgile/Scrum experience.\nBackground in Operations Research, Industrial
