Perform system testing, resolve defects, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize global trade processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful project delivery. Strong expertise in SAP GTS configuration, Compliance Management, customs processes, and international trade regulations. Hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and external customs systems. Strong understanding of import/export regulations, sanctioned party screening, embargo controls, and export licensing requirements.
