Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.\nImplement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.\nDevelop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.\nBuild, maintain and optimize Power Automate workflows to digitize and automate business processes.\nDesign Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.\nUse Power Fx to implement business logic, validation and user interactions.\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure services and other enterprise systems through REST APIs, custom connectors and standard connectors.\nLeverage Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management and Azure AI Services where required.\nImplement ALM practices using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git and Azure DevOps.\nDocument solution architecture, interfaces, data flows and operational processes.\nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, maintainable and compliant with enterprise standards.\nMonitor performance, usage, errors and costs, and support incident, change, release and production operations.\nProvide technical guidance on solution architecture, scalability, platform capabilities and make-or-buy decisions.\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.\nPower Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.\nMicrosoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.\nAzure AI Services, Generative AI and RAG concepts.\nEnterprise architecture, integration patterns and ALM.\nPower Platform governance, Entra ID, role-based access control, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data protection and compliance.\nIdentifies process patterns, automation opportunities and technical dependencies systematically.\nClarifies business requirements and explains technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.\nDesigns solutions around user needs, business value and adoption.\nConsiders permissions, data protection, governance and compliance from the outset.\nKeeps up with Microsoft AI and Power Platform developments and evaluates their business value.\nTakes responsibility across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and production support.\nDeliver intelligent, secure and scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ensuring a maintainable, well-documented
