expertise in Spring Boot \n\nAs a Senior Java Engineer, you will design, develop, and operate cloud-native Spring Boot microservices on Amazon EKS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. \n\nYou will collaborate with product teams, architects, and SRE/DevOps engineers to deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions. \n\nDesign and build microservices using Spring Boot aligned with clean architecture principles \n\nDefine API contracts, domain models, schemas, and integration patterns \n\nDrive system-level improvements in scalability, performance, and resilience \n\nImplement distributed system patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, backoff strategies, idempotency, and distributed tracing \n\nIntegrate services with AWS components including RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and Kafka/MSK \n\nOwn and optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security checks, and deployment strategies \n\nEstablish and maintain observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing solutions \n\nParticipate in architecture reviews and contribute to key technical decisions \n\nMentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards \n\nCollaborate with SRE/DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues \n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field \n\nProven experience designing and operating microservices and distributed systems \n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably Amazon EKS) \n\nExperience with messaging/streaming platforms such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS \n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases \n\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins \n\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry \n\nExperience leading technical design discussions and mentoring engineers \n\nComfortable working in global, distributed teams \n\nStrong expertise in backend engineering and cloud-native microservices \n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities \n\nCustomer-focused approach with emphasis on quality and reliability \n\nStrong communication and cross-team collaboration skills \n\nDeep understanding of distributed systems and resilience patterns \n\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and testable code \n\nFamiliarity with
