Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules and Script Includes. Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and Integration Hub. Ensure secure and scalable integration with external systems such as CRM and ERP. Manage instance upgrades, cloning and performance optimization. Configure CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management. Adhere to coding standards and ServiceNow best practices. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security guidelines. M implementation experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly and AngularJS. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration. Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory. Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM and CSM - Preferred.
