Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and secrets management.
Experience with automated testing and code-quality tools.
Strong shift-left mindset around testing, security, and quality.
Comfortable using AI coding and engineering tools.
Principal Engineer – Additional Expectations
Strong architecture and technical decision-making experience.
Ability to understand healthcare and insurance domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with U.S. teams and domain experts.
Act as a technical bridge between the India and U.S. teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship while remaining hands-on.
Comfortable working in a flat, agile environment without traditional management structures.
