Native and the Expo Framework with core understanding of JavaScript Bridge (JSI)\n\n- Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (highly preferred), including modern ES6+ concepts\n\n- Strong command of React Principles, React Hooks, Context API, and Component lifecycles\n\n- Hands-on experience with the latest Expo SDKs, Expo Router (file-based routing), and EAS workflows\n\n- Proven experience with state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or MobX\n\n- Deep understanding of iOS and Android deployment Lifecycles, application signing, and app store guidelines\n\n- Proficient in using Agentic AI to leverage spec, skills and agents to do 50% of their work across development, documentation and testing\n\nWhat you will do : \n\n- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native\n\n- Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences\n\n- Optimize applications for speed and scalability\n\n- Write clean, maintainable and reusable code following best practices\n\n- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into applications\n\nProcess & Soft Skills : \n\n- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA/Confluence\n\n- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills\n\n- Excellent communication and time management
