scalable, and well-documented code.\n\n- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.\n\n- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.\n\n- Integrate third-party services (e.g., NPCI, CBS, payment gateways).\n\n- Ensure security and compliance with banking regulations and UPI protocols.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements :\n\n- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+)\n\n- Strong experience in building microservices using Spring Boot\n\n- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration\n\n- Good understanding of UPI architecture, transaction flows, and NPCI standards\n\n- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or any message brokers\n\n- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)\n\n- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven\n\n- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)\n\n- Understanding of banking systems and regulatory compliance\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Previous experience working on UPI-based applications or payment gateways\n\n- Knowledge of ISO 8583 or similar financial transaction standards\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP\n\n- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n- Team player with a
