This role manages cycle counting, inventory reporting, and adjustments, while supporting FIFO/FEFO and FSQ compliance. The coordinator serves as a key resource for investigating inventory discrepancies, resolving production and inventory errors, and assisting cross-functional teams with material and system-related requests.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn the management and accuracy of ingredient, packaging material, and/or finished goods inventory.\nSpend regular time in warehouse and production areas to validate physical inventory, support cycle counts, and ensure system-to-floor alignment.\nCoordinate material transfers with internal operations and external warehouse partners.\nSupport FIFO / FEFO practices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) requirements.\nPerform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity.\nAssist with fiscal year-end inventory audits.\nInvestigate inventory errors and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Production, FSQ, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments as needed.\nServe as a subject matter expert for Ross ERP, Savannah, TraceGains, and related systems.\nComplete daily production entries and/or batch issuing activities.\nMonitor, review, and close jobs within Ross ERP as required.\nSupport loss, waste, and inventory variance analysis initiatives.\nOther duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.\nPrevious forklift experience required.\nAbility to support warehouse and inventory functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Windows, Word, Excel) and warehouse/inventory management systems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.\nDemonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse teams while promoting an inclusive work
