This role plays an integral part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of regulatory reporting processes while supporting data quality initiatives, reporting modernization efforts, and continuous process improvement. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, researching data issues, and translating detailed business requirements into actionable solutions. Associates in this position work with regulatory and statistical reporting data, investigate discrepancies, validate reporting results, and collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy. Success in this role requires curiosity, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply complex insurance and reporting concepts. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
