You will leadthestrategy and execution of a technical roadmap that will increase the velocityof delivering products and unlock new engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertiseinengineering best practices, extensive experience with DevOps,proven track recordindesigningandimplementinghighly scalable and available solutions, as well as owning production services and applications.\n Position Responsibilities\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will:\nCollaborate with product managers, internal & external business partners, peers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problemsin our partner integration platform\n\nContribute toour technical roadmap and execute software development strategy to enhance the capabilities of various platform components.\n\nChampion software development best practices and safe deployment processes to enable continuous, incremental delivery of business values.\n\nContribute directly to and leading by example in day-to-day engineering activities (writing feature code and automated tests, raising PRs and reviewing peers’ PRs, developingand managing CI/CD pipelines, production support, among others)\n\nAct as a technical project leadand collaborate with partnering teams as well as communicate with cross-discipline stakeholderson a regular basis\n\nLeveragedatatomeasuresuccess,identifyopportunities, and recommend solutions.\n\nQualifications\nAdvance knowledge of at least one modern OOP language (Go is preferred, .Netis a plus)\n\nExtensive first-handexperience designing, implementing, and maintaininghighly scalable, availableand reliable system in production\n\nStrong Test-Driven Development practices (e.g., unit, functional, integration, load, etc.)\n\nIn-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms\n\nUnderstanding of security best practices (e.g., certificates, encryption)\n\nFamiliarwith relationaldatabases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.\n\nFamiliar with No-SQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB,Redis,etc.\n\nExperience in architecting, designing, building automation, workflows, and distributed applications\n\nStrong understanding of service integrations/communication standards (e.g., gRPC/RESTful)\n\nExperience in building and maintainingCI/CDwith IaaC\n\nExperience in solving complex problems with quantitative approach\n\nKnowledge of developmenttoolsacross the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, test automation and related tools, operations, real-time communication)\n\nKnowledge ofKubernetes, containers,and best practices on a K8s environment (including K8s operators)\n\nExperience in open-source tools like Git/Jenkins/CircleCI, and knowledge in Terraform/Ansible is a plus\n\nExperience in supporting high-volume production workloads and managing incidents\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nAbility to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment\n\nExperience:\n4+ years of professional experience in software development\n\n3+ years of experience with architecture and design\n\n3+ years of experience with Azure,AWS, GCP, or hybrid data center\n\n2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience\n\nAnnual Salary\n$105,000.00 - $215,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
