We valuediversity, problem-solving, and risk-taking in a blame-free environment, empowering engineers to innovate while receiving mentorship and support.\nPosition Responsibilities\nAs aSenior Staff Engineer, you will:\nDevelop and drive the overall strategy for our enterprise Change and ApprovalManagement, aligningit with the organization's business goals andobjectives\n\nLead technical initiatives across multiple teams, providingstrategic and technical guidance.\n\nUtilize programming languages likeGo, Python, Java, and work withSQL/NoSQL databases.\n\nWork withcontainer orchestration tools such asDocker, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.\n\nArchitect and developcloud-native applications usingAzure services.\n\nCollaborate withproduct managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges.\n\nEnsure thequality, performance, and usability of engineering solutions.\n\nServe as amentor and thought leader, coachingengineersand influencing executives.\n\nContinuously improve processes, adoptbest practices, and drive operational efficiency.\n\nSupport andparticipateinOn Call rotations,respondto incidents, diagnosing production issues, and conductingpost-incident reviews to improve system reliability.\n\nQualifications\nExpertisein at least two modern programming languages (Go, Python, Java, C, C++) and object-oriented design.\n\nStrongownership and accountability with excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nHands-on experience inincident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\n\nExperience managingdistributed systems inpublic, private, or hybrid cloud environments.\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana,OpenTelemetry, Loki).\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-based deployments.\n\nAbility tooperatein afast-paced, high-scale environment with aproblem-solving mindset.\n\nExperience\n10+ years of professional experience in software development, platform architecture, and infrastructure management.\n\n8+ years of experience as either a SRE or DevOps team member\n\n8+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.\n\n8+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.\n\n5+ years of experience with system architecture and design.\n\n5+ years of experience of being in anOnCallrotation\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.\n\nAnnual Salary\n$130,000.00 - $260,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
