The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge, typically ranging from front-end UIs through back-end systems and all points inbetween.\nAs a Senior Staff Engineer, you will:\nFocus on multiple areas and provide leadership to engineering teams\n\nOwn complete solution across its entire life cycle\n\nInfluence and build vision with product managers, team members, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems for building enterprise-class business applications\n\nAccountable for the quality, usability, and performance of technical solution\n\nLead in design sessions and code reviews to elevate the quality of engineering across the organization\n\nUtilize programming languages like Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart\n\nMentorteam members professionally to help them realize their full potential\n\nConsistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams\n\nQualifications\nExpertiseand specialization in at least two modern programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart\n\nIn-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms\n\nKnowledge of dependency injection, state management, and reactive programming(Streams, Coroutines, RX)\n\nKnowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication)\n\nDeep understanding of modern architecture and design patterns\n\nStrong understanding of testing strategies and debugging practices\n\nPassion for solving complex problems\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nAbility to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment\n\nExperience\n8+ years of professional software development experience in Mobile and Web frameworks/SDKs such as Flutter, Android, iOS, React, and Angular\n\nExperience building production applications using Flutter and Dart.\n\nExperience working with modern mobile and web software design patterns.\n\nExperience building the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems\n\nExperience with CI/CDand infrastructure as code\n\nExperience developing against REST APIs\n\nExperience building features and components in a large codebase.\n\nExperience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience\n\nIVRPOLYX\nAnnual Salary\n$120,000.00 - $260,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
