Will act as point of contact and full accountability for a high degree of redundancy and reliability of assigned IT segment.Job Duties:\nIdentifies best practices for service offerings of IT segment.\nMaintains in-depth knowledge of departmental workflows.\nResponsible for vendor management, which includes but is not limited to, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, release updates, issues lists and new product evaluations.\nReviews work of lower level personnel to ensure satisfaction of service offerings.\nPerforms personnel review and evaluation function for salary administration, training and promotion.\nPrepares periodic budget and adherence for the department.\nMonitors compliance with Information Systems procedures and policies and reports findings to IT leadership.\nPresents issues and concerns to IT leadership along with potential solutions when appropriate.\nWorks with departmental and division management to develop and implement Information Technology strategies.\nEstablish and monitor operational KPIs, including productivity standards.\nDevelops and administers IT budget for responsible area.\nPractices fiscally sound budget management to ensure spending is held to allocated funds.\nWork is typically performed in an office environment.
