This includes planning, design, preconstruction, FF&E, construction, and stakeholder engagement across administrative, clinical, and engineering teams. The DM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.Job Duties:\nManage full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction, and occupancy.\nDevelop and monitor capital budgets, schedules, and scopes.\nLead project evaluation meetings and administrative reviews.\nCoordinate bidding, negotiation, and change control processes.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\nBuild and lead high-performing project teams.\nOversee contractor and consultant performance.\nDeliver multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.\nPresent technical and educational documentation to stakeholders.\nEngage in continuous learning and training.\nManage small to mid-sized projects with limited complexity.\nSupport senior delivery managers in large-scale initiatives.\nFocus on execution and coordination of day-to-day project tasks.\nPresent project updates to internal teams and mid-level leadership.\nDevelop foundational leadership and negotiation skills.\nWork is typically performed in an office environment. They represent typical elements considered necessary to successfully perform the job.\nPosition Details:\nBecome a key contributor within our Workspace Design, Transition Planning, and Project Delivery team!\nIn this role, you’ll help shape and execute capital facilities projects from initial vision to successful delivery.\nWe are seeking a Project Delivery Manager I; however, candidates may also be considered for levels II or III based on their experience and qualifications.
