Document Controller

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχειρίζεται το σύνολο των εισερχόμενων και εξερχομένων εγγράφων του έργου, διασφαλίζοντας ότι ακολουθούνται οι απαραίτητες διαδικασίες.
  • Επιμελείται τη μεταβίβαση των εταιρικών εγγράφων, τη συλλογή των υπογραφών και των εσωτερικών εγκρίσεων βάσει διαδικασιών.
  • Παρακολουθεί και διαχειρίζεται την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα του έργου και αρχειοθετεί ηλεκτρονικά τις σχετικές μελέτες (σχέδια και έγγραφα).
  • Ταξινομεί και αρχειοθετεί εισερχόμενα και εξερχόμενα έγγραφα (φυσικό & ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο) & διασφαλίζει την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της εσωτερικής και εξωτερικής αλληλογραφίας.
  • Προετοιμάζει επιστολές και μηνιαίες αναφορές.
  • Βοηθά στη διαχείριση όλων των εξερχόμενων εγγράφων, ιδίως στην έκδοση επιστολών, αναφορών, εκθέσεων και σχεδίων.
  • Κρατά ενήμερο το αρχείο των εγγράφων και μελετών του έργου σύμφωνα με τις αναθεωρήσεις.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ Σχολών Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Λογιστικής, Πληροφορικής, Τεχνολόγων Μηχανικών ή αντίστοιχων ειδικοτήτων
  • 5 έτη κατ' ελάχιστον εργασιακής εμπειρίας
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης εγγράφων έργου ή τεχνικής διεύθυνσης
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώστη MS Office
