Quantity Engineer

για το έργο του Βόρειου Οδικού Άξονα Κρήτης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονίζει την εκπόνηση και παρακολούθηση του προϋπολογισμού του έργου.
  • Βοηθά στην ανάπτυξη δεδομένων και παραμέτρων εκτίμησης για τον υπολογισμό του κόστους υλοποίησης.
  • Προβαίνει σε έλεγχο και αναθεώρηση του κόστους όταν απαιτείται.
  • Συντάσσει τις προμετρήσεις για τις κατασκευαστικές εργασίες του έργου.
  • Συλλέγει τις απαραίτητες προδιαγραφές για προώθηση & έρευνα αγοράς από τη Διεύθυνση Προμηθειών.
  • Συντονίζει & παρακολουθεί τις συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις των συνεργατών και εμπλεκομένων μερών (μελετητές, υπεργολάβοι, προμηθευτές κ.α.).
  • Συντάσσει και ελέγχει τις πιστοποιήσεις και τους λογαριασμούς των Υπεργολάβων.
  • Συλλέγει στοιχεία για τη σύνταξη των αναφορών προόδου του Έργου και των αναθεωρήσεων του χρονοδιαγράμματος.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πολιτικού/Ηλεκτρολόγου/ Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού
  • 10 με 15 έτη εμπειρίας σε έργα οδοποιίας, σηράγγων και γεφυρών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office & AutoCAD

  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και διαχείρισης παράλληλων εργασιών
  • Δεξιότητες ανάλυσης και αξιολόγησης πληροφοριών
