Senior Project Planner

για το έργο του Βόρειου Οδικού Άξονα Κρήτης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταρτίζει αναλυτικό πρόγραμμα εργασιών, σύμφωνα με τον σχεδιασμό κατασκευής του Έργου.
  • Διαμορφώνει, επεξεργάζεται και διαχειρίζεται το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου, διασφαλίζοντας την εμπρόθεσμη εκτέλεση των εργασιών σε όλες τις φάσεις υλοποίησής του.
  • Ελέγχει την πρόοδο του έργου και τη συνεχή συμμόρφωση της κατασκευής με τον σχεδιασμό.
  • Ενημερώνει το ημερολόγιο του έργου, διαχειρίζεται τις εκάστοτε αλλαγές και επικαιροποιεί το αντίστοιχο αρχείο.
  • Προετοιμάζει και υποβάλει τις μηνιαίες αναφορές προόδου, καθώς και σχετικές εισηγήσεις για την αποφυγή αποκλίσεων από το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου.
  • Αναπτύσσει & διατηρεί πλαίσιο αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας μεταξύ όλων των ομάδων εργασίας και των εμπλεκόμενων μερών στο έργο.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πολιτικού/Ηλεκτρολόγου/Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού
  • 10 με 15 έτη εμπειρίας σε διαχείριση χρονοδιαγράμματος κατασκευής έργων οδοποιίας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λογισμικού MS Project ή/και Primavera
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά & γραπτά)

  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
