Established in 2013, MoneyLion connects millions of people with the financial products and content they need, when and where they need it.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive standardization and consolidation of DNS management practices across Gen\n\nDevelop and implement improvements that enhance perimeter security and system resilience\n\nAlign DNS strategy with broader organizational security objectives\n\nMaintain and strengthen foundational security functions critical to the organization's security posture\n\nImplement controls and monitoring to reduce risk and improve visibility\n\nCollaborate with security teams to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities\n\nProvide on-site engineering leadership presence in Kuala Lumpur aligned with Security location strategy\n\nBuild and develop a high-performing DNS engineering team\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams across the organization\n\nCommunicate technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAbout You\n7+ years of experience in DNS operations, network engineering, or related infrastructure domains\n\n3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles\n\nStrong knowledge of network security principles and perimeter defense strategies\n\nKnowledge of development practices in a fast paced cloud centric environment.\n\nProven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical initiatives\n\nExperience driving standardization and consolidation efforts across large organizations\n\nStrong project management skills with ability to deliver on strategic initiatives\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise security frameworks and risk management principles\n\nExperience with high-availability infrastructure and disaster recovery planning\n\nKnowledge of automation, monitoring, and operational excellence practices\n\nFamiliarity with compliance requirements and audit processes\n\nExperience in a global or multi-regional organization\n\nBackground in cybersecurity or security operations\n\nCertifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS, Google Cloud DNS)\n\nWhat’s Next\nTA Screening Call\n\nTechnical Assessment\n\nVirtual Interview with the Team\n\nCulture Interview\n\nFinal On-site interview with the Team\n\n__________\nGen is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re committed to fair, inclusive practices at every stage of the candidate and employee journey.
