In this role, you’ll balance meaningful individual contribution with day-to-day leadership-designing experiences for MoneyLion app features, with a growing focus on the MoneyLion web experience, while guiding designers in our global offices.\nYou’ll oversee and contribute to the execution of existing products and features, partnering closely with product and engineering to align on scope, delivery, and quality. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior product designer who brings strong craft, deep Figma expertise, and a track record of shipping thoughtful work. You should be comfortable moving between IC and leadership modes, fluent in using AI tools such as Claude in your daily practice, and excited to explore internal tools and introduce new skills that elevate how our team works.\nKey Responsibilities:\nHands-on design work on the MoneyLion app features, with a closer eye on MoneyLion web\nDay to day oversight of designers across three regions, including reviews, critique, and unblocking\nCoaching junior designers so our execution quality and consistency\nDriving MLDS 4.0 adoption across product teams and keeping design and build aligned\nMaking sure designers have the resources, clarity, and context they need to deliver\nPartnering closely with product and engineering on delivery, scope, and quality\nAbout you:\nSenior level product design experience, strong craft, and a track record of shipping\nExperience leading or mentoring designers, ideally across time zones\nDeep Figma proficiency, including design systems, components, and tokens\nFluent with AI tools in daily practice (Claude and others) and curious about building internal tools and being able to adopt an introduce new skills to our team\nComfortable balancing IC work with team leadership, and knowing when to switch modes\nWhat’s Next:\nYour CV will be reviewed together by the recruiter and hiring manager to assess the scope of your role, the impact you’ve delivered, and how your experience aligns with the position.
