You will work with data from tens of millions of users and billions of data points, helping advance our analytical capabilities through scalable solutions, predictive analytics, experimentation, and automation.\nExample initiatives include lifetime value (LTV) prediction, early-warning signals for product performance, advanced statistical analysis of A/B tests, and automated monitoring solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and business context.\n\nOwn analytics delivery end to end: understand business needs, design appropriate analytical solutions, define requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams through implementation.\n\nProvide insights that support strategic and operational decisions through ad hoc analysis, A/B test evaluation, business monitoring, trend prediction, user segmentation, and early-signal analysis.\n\nBuild scalable and automated solutions that shorten time to insight and enable stakeholders to work more independently.\n\nDevelop SQL-based ETL processes, Microsoft Excel analyses, and Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.\n\nApply AI tools and agents effectively to improve analysis, automation, and productivity.\n\nPartner closely with Business Intelligence, Engineering, Product Management, and other teams across the company.\n\nContribute to the development and implementation of the Product Analytics team’s data strategy.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least three years of professional experience in an analytics role.\n\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nStrategic thinking and a track record of building scalable analytics solutions that save time and accelerate time to insight.\n\nExperience translating business and analytical requirements into technical specifications and driving their implementation with engineering teams.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.\n\nWorking proficiency in SQL.\n\nExperience providing analytics for software products in close collaboration with software developers.\n\nThe ability to understand and work with source code, preferably in languages such as Python or C++.\n\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau, and the ability and willingness to learn new tools quickly.\n\nWorking knowledge of statistics and its application to business and product analysis.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building AI agents or using AI to generate insights and improve analytical workflows.\n\nExperience with predictive analytics, experimentation frameworks, user segmentation, or early-signal detection.\n\nExperience working with large-scale user and product
