The role will focus on analysing social media performance, identifying audience and content trends, and translating data into actionable insights that improve our clients' social media strategies, engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and audience behaviour.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor, analyse and report on social media performance across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.\nDevelop and maintain performance dashboards, reports and KPI tracking frameworks for clients and internal teams.\nAnalyse audience behaviour, engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, content performance and conversion metrics.\nTranslate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations to improve content strategy and campaign performance.\nConduct competitor benchmarking, social listening and industry trend analysis.\nWork closely with Social Media, Creative, Strategy and Account Management teams to support data-driven decision-making.\nMeasure the effectiveness of organic and paid social campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimisation.\nSupport campaign planning, client pitches and strategic recommendations with relevant research and data.\nPresent performance findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency and reporting best practices across accounts.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who goes beyond producing reports and can explain what the data means, why performance is changing and what we should do next.\nYou should be curious, proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to turn social media data into insights that influence creative decisions, strengthen client relationships and deliver measurable results.\nMinimum 3 years' experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics or a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.\nStrong knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Emplifi\nStrong understanding of social media KPIs, audience insights, campaign measurement and performance optimisation.\nAbility to interpret large datasets and communicate meaningful insights to non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage reporting across multiple clients and campaigns.\nExperience working with both organic and paid social media data.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
