We are looking to hire an experienced and highly proactive professional that can own our brand and media presence, and turn visibility into leads and sales.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Develop and run brand strategy, messaging and visual identity across all channels\n\n Manage all social media accounts: content planning, posting, community engagement and growth\n\n Create and direct content: photos, reels, ads, flyers, property listings and campaign creatives\n\n Plan, run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google) to lower cost per lead and increase enquiries\n\n Manage media and PR efforts to increase visibility, inspection bookings and sales\n\n Lead and supervise the video editor, community manager and other media creatives\n\n Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ad ROI) and report to management.\n\n Work with the sales team to align campaigns with sales targets and project launches\n\nRequirements\n\n 4+ years' experience in brand, media or marketing management, including time in a real estate company\n\n Proven social media management experience\n\n Hands-on videography and video editing skills\n\n Strong experience in ads optimization and performance tracking\n\n Strong content creation and campaign strategy skills\n\n Track record of driving visibility that led to measurable sales or leads\n\n Leadership, communication and time-management skills\n\n Portfolio and sample campaign results
