Here, every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of real estate across the continent.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, calls, and messages professionally.\n\n Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and processes.\n\n Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.\n\n Handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely responses.\n\n Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.\n\n Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and interactions.\n\n Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.\n\n Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents and records.\n\n Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications.\n\n Assist with scheduling, meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks.\n\n Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.\n\n Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.\n\nRequirements\n\n Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 -
