It supports cancer detection, genomic profiling, therapy selection, and disease monitoring using NGS, liquid biopsy, and multi-omics technologies.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NGS Laboratory Technologist to support daily lab operations and molecular diagnostic testing, gaining practical experience in NGS, molecular diagnostics, and precision oncology within a quality-focused environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform routine laboratory procedures including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, NGS library preparation, and sequencing to support molecular diagnostic workflows\nReceive, process, and prepare clinical specimens such as tissue, blood, and plasma samples for testing\nOperate and maintain NGS sequencers and automated liquid-handling systems to ensure reliable sequencing runs\nConduct quality control checks on samples and sequencing data, documenting results accurately and timely\nTroubleshoot technical and equipment issues to minimize workflow disruptions\nMaintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables following established procedures to ensure operational readiness\nFollow laboratory safety, biosafety, quality control, and contamination-prevention protocols to maintain a safe and compliant environment\nKeep the laboratory clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards\nSupport laboratory projects, validation activities, and process improvements as assigned\nCollaborate effectively with team members and work independently on routine laboratory tasks\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nMolecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and NGS library preparation\nExperience with clinical sample processing and molecular diagnostics workflows\nFamiliarity with NGS platforms such as MGI or Illumina sequencing systems\nKnowledge of laboratory quality control, SOPs, biosafety, and equipment operation\nAbility to communicate effectively in English;
