This role ensures that multiple related projects stay on track, achieve broader business objectives, and drive organizational vision. The EHR Implementation Manager serves as a central point of alignment across internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, timelines, and risk to deliver program-wide success. \nJob Responsibilities \nProgram Leadership: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and company vision. \nCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison across internal and external teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working toward common goals. \nAlignment and Planning: Develop program strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and define a roadmap for success with clear milestones. \nRisk and Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless progress, addressing roadblocks before they impact program outcomes. \nResource Management: Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and maintain balance across the program. \nStakeholder Communication: Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and risks through regular updates and communication. \nContinuous Improvement: Drive process improvements across program operations, ensuring that best practices are followed and lessons learned are applied. \n People Manager \nNo \nEducation, Experience, and Skills \nBachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field. \nExtensive experience (5+ years) in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. \nDemonstrated experience in implementing project management software. \nFamiliarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other Electronic Health Record platforms. \nExceptional verbal and written communication including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level. \nAbility to work collaboratively across distributed workforce. \nPossesses significant practical experience in project management (project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning). \nExcellent organizational skills and capable of setting priorities and a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope. \nProven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects running concurrently. \nExhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues. \nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations \nEpic certifications are desirable but not required \nWork Environment \nThis is a fully remote position.
