Working within a high-standards Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to operational precision and regulatory compliance. This position offers you a hands-on opportunity to directly impact patient care through dependable material handling and inventory integrity.\nThe Opportunity:\nYou manage the receipt, dispensing, storage, and distribution of finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, and packaging components.\nYou prepare, pack, and process domestic and international clinical drug shipments, including hazardous materials and research & development samples, in compliance with international documentation standards.\nYou maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and diligent tracking within warehouse management systems and RF scanner tools.\nYou operate material handling equipment safely while ensuring equipment and warehouse storage areas remain clean, organized, and audit-ready.\nYou coordinate and schedule the destruction process for rejected, returned, or expired drug products in accordance with retention schedules and disposal protocols.\nYou adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), recommending continuous improvements and participating in team training initiatives.\nWho you are:\nYou bring a High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience.\nYou possess strong working knowledge of warehouse workflows, RF scanner technology, and inventory databases.\nYou demonstrate strong collaboration, organizational, and interpersonal skills, thriving in a cooperative team environment.\nYou are able to meet TSA background check criteria and complete the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP).\nYou are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and have the flexibility to support occasional overtime as operational needs arise.\nPreferred:\nYou hold an active IATA certification and have hands-on experience handling international trade and shipping documentation.\nYou have prior experience operating warehouse material handling equipment in a regulated or cGMP-focused setting.\nRelocation benefits are not available for this posting\nThe expected salary range for this position based in California is $53,100.00 - $98,700.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
