You will champion product quality, operational safety, and continuous inspection readiness that directly safeguards patient health. Joining our dedicated logistics team, you will experience an open, safety-first culture where your continuous improvement ideas are welcomed and valued.\nThe Opportunity:\nYou execute end-to-end material handling and sampling operations-including receiving, quarantine, storage, and distribution-strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.\nYou prepare the cleanroom environment, manage essential enclosures and caps, and perform critical sampling of unreleased materials and hazardous components.\nYou operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain equipment and warehouse work areas in a continuous state of inspection readiness.\nYou maintain meticulous electronic and physical records across enterprise systems (such as SAP, LIMS, and EDMS) to track inventory, orders, and quality compliance.\nYou perform accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, scale/balance weight checks, and preparation of shipments for internal sites and partners.\nYou support business processes by generating reports, tracking metrics, and assisting with quality events and change records.\nYou actively contribute to our safety culture by reporting incidents or near-misses immediately, driving department standards, and supporting peers through on-the-job guidance.\nWho you are:\nYou hold an Associate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) along with 2+ years of operational, analytical, or supply chain experience.\nYou bring prior experience working in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environment with training in powder/chemical handling and laboratory practices.\nYou possess experience working in a cleanroom environment. \nYou possess strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with an unwavering commitment to quality and detail.\nYou hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to pass required security screenings (such as the TSA Security Threat Assessment).\nYou are comfortable working in a cleanroom and warehouse environment, including wearing full cleanroom gowning/PPE, lifting up to 40 lbs, handling hazardous materials, and supporting 24/7 operational shifts as needed.\nPreferred:\nDemonstrated experience utilizing validated enterprise databases and software tools (e.g., SAP, LIMS, EDMS, MS Office).\nWorking knowledge of APICS or core inventory management principles.\nAbility or credentials to obtain Hazardous Materials endorsements (DOT/IATA) or DEA controlled-substance clearance.\nRelocation benefits are available for this posting\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of California is $64,400 - $119,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
