Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their baby's health, as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.\nWe are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Business Development Manager, responsible for coordinating and developing a regional cluster of existing and new markets.\nYour key responsibilities as Business Development Manager for Medical Genetic Testing will include:\nSupervision and coordination of GenePlanet’s business in several existing local markets\nOpening GenePlanet’s business in new markets (initial research; setting up the business model; initial recruitment, training and onboarding of local team; contracting new partners, etc.)\nCo-development and implementation of longer-term growth business strategy in local markets\nCoordinating and supporting Country Managers in setting up and developing GenePlanet’s local business\nExecution of Annual Plans against defined set of targets and activities and within agreed budgets to ensure revenue and profitability growth for the company\nDevelopment and coordination of regional and local market educational and promotional programs for partners and Key Opinion Leaders to promote GenePlanet’s products and services\nConducting trainings and educational activities to ensure that both the internal local sales team and external partners have a strong understanding of GenePlanet's products and services, especially those in the field of gynecology, obstetrician, IVF, and oncology\nContinuously monitoring the competitive landscape and proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market\nThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:\n5+ years of international experience in business development and new product launches\nStrategic thinking coupled with strong implementation skills\nProven leadership skills, with the ability to lead international teams, to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to act independently when engaging with key market stakeholders\nExcellent selling, networking, and negotiation skills to help build strong business relationships with local teams and partners.\nProficiency in English and one of the following languages (German, French, Spanish) is a must\nHaving the following qualifications would be an advantage :\nExperience in medical / laboratory / pharma business development\nMedical background and/or working experience in the fields of gynecology & obstetrics;\nKnowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in private healthcare sector\nProficiency in any additional language\nWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
