To date, gener8tor has worked with more than 2,200 startups that have cumulatively gone on to raise more than $3B in financing and employ more than 15,600 people. \ngBETAis a free, seven-week accelerator program that helps startups build and scale.\nAs the gBETA North Dakota Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the North Dakota entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will be a leading face of gener8tor on the frontlines of coaching founders, fostering meaningful connections, and helping startups succeed in the region. You will engage with startup founders, students, universities, mentors, investors, and community partners while driving the success of gBETA North Dakota. If they don’t resonate with you, this role might not be the right fit.\nResponsibilities\nRecruitment and base building:\nRecruit startup applicants and lead the selection process for two gBETA cohorts.\nCapture 25+ eligible applications per gBETA North Dakota cohort, executing gener8tor’s established recruitment strategies.\nFind and develop relationships with 30+ mentors, 25+ investors and other industry/ecosystem partners who can help support the programs and participating companies.\nLead base building efforts, attending meetings with key investors and mentors to ensure consistent support of our partners.\nSchedule and attend office hours with startups.\nSupport the North Dakota investment accelerator managing director with sourcing founders and engaging with mentors and investors.\nProgram execution and founder support \nRun two accelerator programs per year and support the Support the North Dakota managing director with investment program preparation and logistics to ensure a top-tier accelerator experience for our founders and stakeholders.\nManage logistics and ensure the operational success of all aspects of the gBETA North Dakota programs.\nEnsure all program KPIs are met.\nActively plan and participate in all aspects of the gener8tor accelerator program including, but not limited to recruitment, team meetings, Mentor Swarms, Investor Swarms, Lunch & Learns and networking events.\nServe as the primary point of contact and day-to-day coach for participating startups, helping founders set goals, maintain momentum, and make progress against key milestones.\nProvide structured 1:1 guidance and accountability to founders on topics such as customer discovery, traction and pitching/storytelling, business model refinement, and fundraising readiness.\nConnect founders to the right mentors, investors, customers, and ecosystem resources based on their specific needs, and ensure follow-through on introductions and next steps.\nContinuously support gener8tor and gBETA North Dakota alumni.\nBe the #1 cheerleader for the startup ecosystems, the startups and the entrepreneurs we work with.\nMeasure and Report Program Metrics and Operations:\nWork with cohort participants and alumni to gather and track data and metrics related to the progress and outcomes of the startups. \nGather and track data and metrics related to the progress and outcomes of the program.\nAnalyze and report data and metrics to the Managing Director, and in turn our partners and gener8tor broadly.\nStakeholder Engagement:\nBuild and maintain strong Involvement:\nSupport the growth of an entrepreneurial ecosystem centered in Fargo, serving great North Dakota\nRepresent gener8tor while actively participating in the North Dakota startup ecosystem
