This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, quality, safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA\nMajor Responsibilities:\nSupports identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities\nAssists in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen\nCoordinates workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis activities\nEnsures process enhancements are measurable and aligned with organizational goals\nCollects and interprets performance data to support informed decision-making\nMaintains dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance\nTracks cost savings, efficiency gains, and project ROI\nPrepares summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership review\nDocuments current and future-state processes\nAssists in creating and maintaining SOPs and best practices documentation\nSupports compliance with internal standards and quality requirements\nCollaborates with DC leadership and cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives\nSupports change management efforts\nCommunicates project updates, progress and results to key stakeholders\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nAssociates degree or equivalent experience\n2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, quality or similar roles.\nPreferred Job Requirements:\nAssociates Degree\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt\n Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nKnowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, DMAIC)\nProject management skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to support change management and gain stakeholder engagement\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nOffice Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
