This individual is responsible for working with the business and technology leaders to develop outcomes based program roadmaps and manage the delivery.\nMajor Responsibilities\nWork with various project stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverable objectives. Manage the relationship with project team and stakeholders. Coordinate cross functional teams - including software developers, business owners, security experts, and external resources - and orchestrate their resources together to meet project goals. Ensure program/project management tasks are planned and deliverable appropriately.\nAssist with planning and execution of testing sessions as needed. Maintain timelines and target dates of projects to ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints; makes certain that deadlines are met, and milestones are properly set and communicated. Ensure resource availability and allocation.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\nCreate, manage and communicate effective project plans, and deliver clear objectives and updates to all project stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing development of Project Management Methodology. Report and escalate to management as needed.\nMinimum Job Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nCertification / License\nPMP Preferred or Scrum Master Certificate\nWork Experience\n5 years of large-scale project and program management and background in managing data and supply chain projects\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nProven track record of successful planning and leading global teams\nProven track record of program and project managing Supply Chain and Data projects\nConfident and experienced with leading planning and execution of outcome-based roadmaps\nWorking Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes.\nDemonstrated success in influencing people and teams who are not all direct reports. Effective with conflict management\nStrong verbal/written communication skills.\nStrong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment.\nAbility to learn new technology applications and process techniques quickly.\nPreferred Job Requirements\nEducation\nProgram Management & leadership education and/or training\nCertification / License\nPMP Preferred or Scrum Master Certificate\nWork Experience\nExperience in building and managing a project schedule in Jira or similar project management tool.\nExperience with executing projects in the supply chain and data domain\nExperience with mapping out business process flows.\nExperience with large Data and Integration Projects.\nundefined\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nAbility to analyze data and insights\nKnowledge of Supply Chain domain\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
