contract administration, operational excellence, and leadership within a complex, multi-channel sales environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDraft, review, and negotiate contracts with largecustomer organizations acrossGenerac Homebusiness units\n\nEnsure proper contract fulfillmentin accordance withcompany policies, legalrequirementsand customer specificationsby collaborating cross-functionally across the organization\n\nEstablishoperational processes anddepartmental RACI between Contracts team, Complianceteamand Sales team\n\nAct as a liaison between sales and our customerstonegotiate contractual terms and conditions\n\nOperationalize a continuous process to check in with operational teams to ensure contractsremainup todate with internal needs\n\nAdvocate on behalf of Generac needs and standards of operations\n\nIdentifyprofitability enhancement opportunities within contractual agreementsand contribute to cost savings initiatives\n\nPartner with compliance teams regularly to understand complianceconcerns and how contract adjustments can ensure less compliance violations and fines\n\nLead contract management improvements and initiatives including investigating and implementing automated solutions, such as CLM\n\nCompare contractual obligations across the organization toidentifycommonareaswhile driving operational improvements in collaboration with sales channel VPsand other senior leaders\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.\n\nAt least 8 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, or a similar role within a large, complex organization.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience using Salesforce CRM\n\nExperience implementing and leveraging a CLM software\n\n“We are an
