This role works with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A to ensure accurate financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics. Responsibilities include supporting business users, managing system enhancements, and implementing process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of OneStream.\n*The ideal candidate will need to be located in Wisconsin, due to this position being on-site and reporting into our Waukesha Headquarters\nMajor Responsibilities\nOneStream Application Support\nSupport administration of OneStream modules, including Account Reconciliations, Task Manager, and Consolidation workflows\nPerform routine configuration updates, report modifications, and basic business rule changes under established guidelines\nMaintain metadata, workflows, dashboards, and reports with direction from Finance Systems Manager\nProvide day-to-day support to end users, responding to questions and troubleshooting basic issues\nFinancial Close & Reporting Support\nSupport financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes from a systems perspective\nWork with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A users to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering solutions\nProvide month-end technical support, including data loads, validation, and maintaining transformation rules\nMonitor system processes and data integrations, identifying issues and escalating when appropriate\nSystem Maintenance & Enhancements\nAssist in monitoring system performance and resolving user issues with guidance from Finance Systems Manager\nParticipate in system enhancements and projects, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation support\nContribute to identifying process improvements and support implementation efforts\nDocument system processes, updates, and user procedures\nSupport maintenance of the system roadmap and provide input on enhancement priorities\nSupport user training efforts to improve system adoption and understanding\nMinimum Job Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience\nWork Experience\n1-2 years of relevant work experience.\nKnowledge and Skills\nStrong interest in learning finance systems and enterprise applications\nPreferred Job Requirements\nKnowledge and Skills\nExperience with consolidation software (OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or BPC)\nUnderstanding of financial close processes (month-end close, consolidation, and planning)\nExperience in a SOX-controlled environment\nExperience working in a team-based, corporate environment\nBasic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data integration concepts\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
