This role focuses on cost reduction, supplier performance, quality, supply continuity, and risk management while leading sourcing and supplier development initiatives.\nJob Responsibilities:\nStrategic Sourcing & Cost Improvement\nExecute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.\nIdentify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier development, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze supplier and commodity markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support sourcing strategies.\nSupplier Relationship & Performance Management\nManage supplier relationships and performance expectations across quality, cost, delivery, and service.\nUse supplier performance data and scorecards to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.\nLead supplier development activities and business reviews to improve overall supplier performance and effectiveness.\nContracting, Negotiation & Risk Management\nLead supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives, partnering with leadership on more complex or strategic agreements.\nSupport the development and negotiation of commercial agreements, including Master Supply Agreements.\nMonitor supplier and market conditions to identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\nSupply Chain Optimization & Cross-Functional Leadership\nLead cross-functional sourcing, supplier development, and continuous improvement projects.\nDrive improvements in lead times, inventory efficiency, and supplier responsiveness.\nPartner with internal stakeholders on operational improvements and supplier integration, while supporting SAP activities within the functional area.\nMinimum Requirements:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nWork Experience\n3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, or related discipline.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage sourcing projects and supplier relationships.\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills.\nAbility to analyze market conditions and make recommendations that support business strategy.\nStrong financial acumen, including cost analysis and total cost of ownership concepts.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.\nPreferred Job Requirements\nExperience\nExperience managing supplier relationships and sourcing projects.\nExperience supporting contract negotiations and supplier performance improvement initiatives.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
