In addition, this role assistsin managing the staffing process for selected business partnersandcollaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team. This roleserves as a key point of contact for employees and supports the HR department in implementing and maintainingHR policies and procedures. This position maysupport corporate events, employee orientations, employee engagement activitiesand other programs.\nMajor Responsibilities\nPartner with internal customer groups to ensure coordination of HR programs and processes within a specific business function or segment of the company.\n\nImplement and enforce programs and policies that drive employee engagement and performance.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor for supervisors and managersregardingemployee relations, trainingand development oftheir teams.\n\nAdminister compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.\n\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition Team for staffing and to drive employment-branding initiatives.\n\nEnsure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures.\n\nCoordinate and support training initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience\n\nWork Experience\n2 years of HR experience within a fast-paced working environment.\n\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.\n\nHandle sensitive employee information and maintain confidentiality at all times\n\nFluent in Spanish\n\nCertification / License\nPHR certification\n\nWork Experience\nWorkday Experience\n\nPrevious experience in manufacturing\n\nExperience implementing new HR processes and programs.\n\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nExperience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees in a seasonal environment and/or experience recruiting professional and technical employees.\n\nWork in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities or organizational needs.\n\nAccurately maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.\n\nProvide excellent service to
