Journeyman\nAll Maintenance Technician I & II responsibilities.\nBuild manufacturing lines and cells to support production needs.\nAdvanced mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance of production line equipment.\nCoordinate resources for projects with external vendors.\nCreate and implement timelines for work completion.\nProvide technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.\nAssist with relocating complex machines, equipment and components.\nTrain technicians how to trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC equipment.\nRequirements\nMaintenance Technician I & II requirements.\n7-10 years of experience with equipment and automation consistent with automation, robotics, metal fabrication, paint or assembly operations.\nMaintenance Technician I\nAbility to effectively communicate across departments.\nAbility to identify problems and implement solutions.\nAbility to safely and proficiently perform maintenance and related activities of equipment, building, and grounds.\nAbility to prioritize daily and weekly work assignments as needed.\nDemonstrated knowledge in OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC.\nPIV training and certification.\nAirial lift training and certification.\nKnowledge of basic PC functions including Windows knowledge.\nMaintenance Technician II\nMaintenance Technician I knowledge, skills, and abilities.\nAbility to work off of drawings, sketches, and blueprints.\nInitiative to learn how to assist, diagnose and repair equipment.\nAbility to acquire and maintain certifications for operation of service equipment.\nMaintenance Technician III -
