# Manufacturing Operations Trainer

The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for preparing and delivering train-the-trainer and individual training to new hires and existing manufacturing and production employees in classroom and hands-on settings. This role maintains a deep understanding of Generac products and processes and translates that knowledge into comprehensive training materials for employees with varying levels of knowledge and technical ability. Training includes new hire orientation, on-the-floor instruction, and mentoring. The Trainer coordinates with departments to create appropriate training content, materials, and experiences, conducts post-training surveys, and adjusts delivery as needed. The Trainer may also conduct skills assessments to ensure employees have the skills needed for current and future opportunities within the facility.
