The PS1 will also help the Parts Department maintain an accurate inventory in a clean and safe warehouse.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience:\n1 year experience in a warehouse setting.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nBasic computer and data entry knowledge. High School Diploma and some college or work experience.\nExperience:\n1 year forklift experience, general warehouse safety knowledge\n80%\nStocking shelves with parts.\nPulling parts for work orders Keeping warehouse organized and maintained.\nForklift operation, loading and unloading of truck shipments.\nDealing one on one with customers for pickups along with shipping companies.\nLight housekeeping to maintain a clean parts area for techs and customers.\n10%\nAssist in auditing of stocked parts and assist in daily cycle counts.\n10%\nRun parts to different site locations.\nOther Duties as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nAble to physically lift parts weighing up to 75 pounds or more.\nComputer literacy in basic Microsoft Office programs.\nGeneral knowledge of parts and service industry.\nIncorporate time management skills in prioritizing work assignments.\nPHYSICAL DEMAND S:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to walk; stoop; crouch; bend and reach above shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance, waist high, up to 10 feet away. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment including seasonal variation in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or by-products.
